Allow me to inform you
that the software you are
trying to activate is not
eligible for use under the
Previous Version Rights
benefit the product
versions 2014 and earlier.
Our Previous Version
Rights policy has been
implemented because many
of our activation code
generators are built on
aging technology, some of
which are no longer
supported by the vendors
who built them (I.e.,
Flexera).
Our teams are better
equipped to help customers
on current releases with
technical support, and we
are matching our practices
with our policy.
In August 2019 we start
2010 and earlier and
recently on July 1, 2022,
Autodesk no longer
supports
activations/downloads for
perpetual licenses for
versions 2014 and earlier.

For more information,

pages.

This means that we are not
able to provide download
or activation for these
previous versions. I
understand that the
circumstances around this
issue are frustrating.
Unfortunately, I am not
